L&#8217;acord es recull a l&#8217;acta. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Procediment monitori:<\/strong> Si persisteix l&#8217;impagament, s&#8217;inicia un <strong>procediment monitori<\/strong> al jutjat, que \u00e9s r\u00e0pid i espec\u00edfic per a comunitats:\n<ul>\n<li>Es presenta la certificaci\u00f3 de deute signat per l&#8217;administrador i el president.<\/li>\n<li>El jutge notifica al deutor.<\/li>\n<li>Si no paga ni s&#8217;hi oposa, es dicta directament una <strong>interlocut\u00f2ria d&#8217;execuci\u00f3<\/strong> que permet embargar b\u00e9ns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Execuci\u00f3 i cobrament:<\/strong> En cas d&#8217;oposici\u00f3 del propietari, el procediment es pot transformar en un judici ordinari.
